GENERAL DIRECTOR Appointed General Director in June 2007, having been Deputy General Director since April 2007.  Formerly President of Taraz Oil Ltd., an oil production company with its main operations in Atyrau Region, Kazakhstan (from 2002).  Mr. Borissov also has an extensive experience in agricultural business having been a Vice President at Golden Grain Corporation Ltd., Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan,(from 1999 to 2002).

FIRST DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR Joined the company in April 2007.  In 2006 to April 2007 – Deputy General Director, North Caspian Oil Development Ltd., with its principle oil exploration activities in Atyrau Region, Kazakhstan.  Formerly, Business Manager and later Head of Petroleum Storage Facility at Pavlodar Oil Refinery, Pavlodar, Kazakhstan (2000 to 2006).

CHIEF GEOLOGIST Joined in April 2007.  Formerly, Deputy General Director, Geology and Development, CNPC-Aktobemunaigas, Aktobe, Kazakhstan (1993 to 2006).  Earlier, Head of Geology Division and Chief Geologist at various oil and gas exploration units, Bukhara Region, Uzbekistan, Aktobe Region, Kazakhstan (1963 through 1982).  In 1982 through 1993 – Head of Geology Department, Aktyubinskneft (Aktobe Oil), Aktobe, Kazakhstan.  Patented (1991) Methods of Oil and Gas, and Oil and Gas Condensate Fields Development.  Discovered Akzhar, Karatyube South, Zhanazhol, Urikhtau, Alibek and Zhagabulak East oilfields, Aktobe Region, Kazakhstan.  Mr. Perevezentsev is also an Honorary Subsoil Explorer of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
