DIRECTOR OF KAZAKHMYS GOLD Joined the Kazakhmys Group with the acquisition of the Eurasia Gold in 2007. Prior to joining the Group, Baltabek was the Chief Executive Officer and a President of Eurasia Gold Inc. from September 2004 and a Director since 1999.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF KAZAKHMYS GOLD Joined the Group with the acquisition of Eurasia Gold in 2007. Prior to joining the Group was Chief Operating Officer, from September 2007, and a Director of Eurasia Gold Inc.

CHIEF GEOLOGIST Joined the Group in April 2004, when he was appointed Chief Geologist of Charaltyn. Prior to joining the Group, he worked as a geologist at Santa Fe Pacific Gold Kazakhstan (‘‘Santa Fe’’) and Newmont Mining Corporation where he specialised in geological studies in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and China. Dr Seliverstov obtained a Ph.D in geology from the Institute of Geology at the Academy of Science of Kyrgyzstan in 1991.

FINANCE DIRECTOR OF KAZAKHMYS GOLD B.V.  Joined the Group after acquisition of the gold division in 2007. Prior to joining the Group has been a corporate finance manager of Eurasia Gold Inc. from April 2004 and audit manager at Deloitte&Touche.

DIRECTOR, KYRGYZSTAN OPERATIONS. Joined the Group after acquisition of the gold division in 2007. Joined Eurasia Gold in 2003, has more than 12 years of mining experience. Bachelor of Science in mining engineering from Moscow State Mining University.

DIRECTOR, KAZAKHSTAN OPERATIONS. Joined the Group after acquisition of the gold division in 2007. Joined Eurasia Gold since 1998. Has more than 30 years of experience in gold mining, engineering and construction. Bachelor of Science in mining engineering from Moscow State Mining University.
