CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF KAZAKHMYS LLC Joined the Group in 2001 as Director of Marketing and International Relations. Appointed Director of Corporate Development in 2005 prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer of Kazakhmys LLC in August 2006.

VICE CHAIRMAN FOR INVESTMENT & STRATEGIC PLANNING Joined the Group in 1977 becoming Chief Engineer and Director of the South Zhezkazgan Mine in 1997, Managing Director-First Deputy General Manager in 2000 and Director of the Zhezkazgan Complex in 2004. Became Vice Chairman of Kazakhmys LLC, responsible for strategy and planning, in 2006.

VICE CHAIRMAN FOR LOGISTICS Joined the Group in 1984 becoming Director for Material-Technical supply in 1995. Served as an Executive Director of Kazakhmys LLC prior to being appointed Vice Chairman of Kazakhmys LLC, responsible for investment and construction, in 2004.

VICE CHAIRMAN FOR CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT Joined the Group in 2006 as Head of Project Evaluation. Appointed Vice Chairman of Kazakhmys LLC,responsible for financial and economic issues, in August 2006.

VICE CHAIRMAN FOR FINANCIAL & ECONOMIC MATTERS Joined the group in 2005 as Director of Financial and Technical Control Department. Appointed as Vice Chairman in 2008. Graduated in Information Systems in Economics from the Kazakh State Management Academy.
