GENERAL DIRECTOR Since 9 July 2004, joined Ekibastuz power plant in 1980. In 1983 appointed as Deputy Engineer in Chief  and later in 1988 became Chief Engineer. Held position of project manager at Argentina’s power plant, general director at Ukrainian Distribution Company and also a director of the Ekibastuz power plant development. In 2006 was awarded an honorary breastplate for making a significant contribution to the energy sector. Has 38 years of experience in power engineering.

OPERATIONAL DIRECTOR Since 1 January 2005, joined Ekibastuz power plant in 1983. In 1998 held a position as Chief Engineer of Ekibastuz and later in 2003 became Executive Director. Has work experience at different power plants including Lal Pir (Pakistan), Fifoots and Drax (England).  In 2001 was awarded by a breastplate of RAO EES of Russia in honour of GOELRO plan anniversary. In 2006 improved his skills with the program for progressive directors in Darden city, Virginia University (USA). Has 27 years of experience in power engineering.

CHIEF ENGINEER Since 1 March 2008, before that he worked as Chief at I & C Group. Joined Ekibastuz in 1979 as a senior engineer at I & C Group.  Has 31 years of experience in the energy sector of Kazakhstan.  In 2007 was awarded an honorary breastplate for making a significant contribution to the energy sector.

GENERAL DIRECTOR Prior to joining Maikuben mine Oleg served as a Safety Director of AES Non - Regulated Businesses in Kazakhstan. Oleg has over 16 years of experience in the energy sector, and during his career he held a number of leadership positions in the Ekibastuz power plant.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER since 2006, prior to joining Maikuben coal mine Myltykbek headed fuel supply group and maintenance group at Ekibastuz.

CHIEF ENGINEER Galymbek held a variety of leadership roles in overburdened operations and the mining operations sectors. He has worked at Maikuben coal mine for 15 years.
