MANAGING DIRECTOR Joined MKM in July 2005. Has served as a Managing Director at Boart Longyear from 1974 to 2000, and oversaw Boart Longyear's European operations starting in 1994. He served on the board of directors of Boart Longyear from 1995 until 2000. Mr Flemming was also managing director of Ebner Anlagenbau from 1995 to 2000. Mr Flemming graduated from the School of Applied Mining and Metallurgy in Clausthal Zellerfeld

DIRECTOR Joined the Group in 2006 as Director of the MKM plant. Graduated from Moscow State University and Georgian Polytechnic Institute - Physics of Metals. Prior to joining the Group was Regional Director of Boart Longyear in Moscow.

FINANCE AND LOGISTICS DIRECTOR Worked for Mansfelder Plant  (MKM) after leaving Universtiy in various roles until becoming Financial Controller. Graduated in Economics from the University of Martin Luther in Halle, Germany.
