Kazakhmys PLC is registered in the UK and listed on the London Stock Exchange.  Its shares are traded on both the London Stock Exchange and the Kazakh Stock Exchange.  All of the subsidiaries are wholly owned, with the exception of Kazakhmys LLC (Copper Division), which has 0.23% of its shares held outside the Group.
