Zhezkazgan Region

The Zhezkazgan Region is our largest mining and concentrating region, contributing around 70% of Group mined ore. The region consists of seven mines and three concentrators.

  • Six underground mines: South, Stepnoy, East, West, Annensky and Zhomart.
  • Three concentrators: Zhezkazgan No. 1 and No. 2 and Satpayev, which produce copper concentrate from the region's mined ore.
